The first meeting of the year for Skål International Côte d’Azur was held in the prestigious setting of the Hôtel West End, on the famous Promenade des Anglais in Nice. Warmly welcomed by the hotel director George Pradier and his team, Skål members shared a convivial moment around the traditional Galette des Rois, crafted by the talented pastry chef Nicolas Dolbeau. The evening concluded with a New Year’s Wishes, a moment of conviviality and sharing to welcome the new year under the best auspices.
This event was also marked by the introduction of the new president, Bérangère Authieu, and the new vice-president, Michel H. Tschann. With this new governance, Skål International Côte d’Azur is opening a new chapter in its history.
During the General Assembly, more than 80 Skål members gathered for this key moment, demonstrating their commitment and the unity of the community. This momentum was reinforced by the valuable presence and assistance of students from IPAG and SKEMA Business School, illustrating the intergenerational bonds that form the strength of the Skål Côte d’Azur network.
The assembly was also an opportunity to pay tribute to Nicolle Martin, who served as president of Skål Côte d’Azur for six years. Her remarkable commitment and memorable work have significantly contributed to the club’s influence and dynamism.
