Angelic Milos : Owner of Maison M. Beauty & Style in Geneva

Angelica, we are meeting on a terrace in the heart of Monaco, with a breathtaking view. What does Monaco represent to you?

To me, Monaco is a true cultural mosaic, where multiculturalism harmoniously intertwines with tradition and modernity.

It is a place where French, Italian, and many other international influences merge together, creating a vibrant and unique symphony. The streets of the Principality resonate with a diversity of languages, flavors, and artistic expressions, making Monaco not just a destination, but an enriching experience that celebrates the richness of cultural coexistence.

You have created MaisonM. Beauty & Style in Geneva. Tell us about this project.

⁠I have always valued self-care and well-being. When I arrived in Geneva, I searched for a space that reflected this philosophy, which is essential for promoting mental health amid intense workweeks.

I was looking for an environment that was not only aesthetically beautiful, but also inspiring a place where I could enjoy good music, savor refined drinks, and benefit from treatments such as manicures, foot spas, facials, massages, and hair care.

A complete space where, after a relaxing moment, I could also take a few photos to immortalize the experience. A good photoshoot has the power to elevate women’s self-confidence. In this way, I could leave feeling revitalized and ready to face the challenges of daily life.

After one year and seven months in Geneva, I realized, to my surprise, that despite the abundance of magnificent hotels, sophisticated restaurants, and luxury boutiques, there was no beauty space that truly met all these needs.

That is how MaisonM. Beauty & Style was born.

The project began four years ago in a small apartment, where the idea of a complete sanctuary dedicated to feminine care first took shape. MaisonM transcends the notion of a simple salon; it is a concept that celebrates aesthetics and beauty while promoting events that integrate art, fashion, and well-being, creating an environment where every woman feels valued and inspired.

Every detail has been carefully designed to offer a unique experience where sophistication and care intertwine, resulting in a true oasis of elegance and wellness.

Photography, beauty, fashion, art: this is a world you have been immersed in for a long time.

I graduated in Marketing and Communication from Tom Jobim University in Rio de Janeiro, and I also hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology.

My strong interest in the arts led me to study Fashion and Styling at Centro Europeu, in addition to participating in activities such as theater, singing, painting, and photography. My passion for beauty, fashion, art, and communication goes far beyond academics; these fields are at the very core of my identity.

This diversity of experiences gives me a unique and creative perspective, allowing me to integrate art and strategy in a coherent and meaningful way throughout all my projects. So, to answer your question: I have been immersed in this universe for as long as I can remember.

What do you think about the modern world meeting AI today?

The evolution of technology deeply fascinates me. I am passionate about its ability to transform the world, and I firmly believe that technology will not replace humans, but it will certainly replace those who do not know how to use it effectively. It is a powerful tool that, when mastered, can expand our skills and enhance our capabilities, elevating the human experience to entirely new levels.

You live in Switzerland, a conservative country that places great importance on quality of life.

⁠I appreciate the punctuality and organization that are typical of Switzerland, often perceived as a conservative country. Coming from a region in Brazil with strong Germanic influences, I deeply value these aspects. However, Geneva goes far beyond conservatism; it is a vibrant international hub filled with opportunities and diversity, where the quality of life is truly extraordinary.

I am also passionate about minimalism, which is reflected not only in aesthetics but also in the way people live and interact. This philosophy resonates deeply with me, bringing clarity and meaning to my life. From my very first visit to Switzerland, I felt as though I was coming home, as if every element here perfectly aligned with my personality. I often experience a sense of déjà vu, as though all of this had always been a part of me.

What is your opinion on fast fashion?

 I deeply value the sustainability of our planet, and I prioritize quality pieces that ensure durability and allow fabrics to age beautifully. The fast fashion industry, although it provides access to low-cost clothing, represents a significant risk to the environment.

It is true that this approach may benefit certain underprivileged communities, but often the promise of accessibility hides a reality in which people become trapped in an unsustainable cycle of consumption. Rather than solving problems, fast fashion perpetuates a disposable culture that harms both the planet and working conditions.

I believe we must promote a more conscious approach to fashion one that values quality and respect for the environment.

By choosing pieces that truly last, we are not only making an ethical choice, but also contributing to a more sustainable future where everyone can thrive. This is the change we should seek, always with empathy and respect for diverse social contexts.

If you became a painter, describe for us a true lady.

⁠To me, a true lady must undoubtedly possess fundamental values such as integrity, loyalty, honesty, and respect both for herself and for others. Education and elegance are also essential, but it is an elegance that comes from within, reflecting strong character and genuine sensitivity.

A person who embodies these values is, without question, charming. Her beauty transcends physical appearance; she radiates wherever she goes. A true lady inspires and elevates the environment around her because her authenticity and dignity leave a positive impression on everyone she meets. True beauty lies in the ability to be authentic and respectful; for me, that is what makes any woman a truly admirable lady.

Your credo?

I feel truly blessed and fortunate to have grown up in a family where each member followed a different religion. This diversity allowed me to gain deep knowledge and respect for several beliefs, enabling me to choose my own spiritual path. I am universalist, and I strongly believe in the energy that circulates between us, as well as in the law of action and reaction: everything we love and do returns to us in beautiful and transformative ways.

I also believe in a creative and protective force that transcends our existence on this planet. It is fascinating to think that the human body is the most perfect machine that exists, and that everything in nature is the result of intelligent and abundant design. My passion for astrology and numerology reflects this desire to discover and understand the universe.

Having the opportunity to shape my own spiritual journey is, for me, a true blessing. With every step I take, I realize how deeply the experiences I have lived and the choices I have made resonate with who I truly am. This journey of self-discovery is a gift that I cherish immensely.

Tell us about your future projects.

⁠In my future projects, I am focused on expanding my activities while connecting new concepts to the essence of beauty. This professional evolution is important, but my main goal is undoubtedly to become a better person every single day.

I believe that by improving ourselves as individuals — not only professionally, but also spiritually and personally everything in our lives gains greater meaning. This constant pursuit of growth allows us to achieve everything we desire, because when we become better, the world around us transforms as well.
