This charming experience combines pastries inspired by seasonal ingredients with the natural elegance of the Square Mile’s hidden gardens, blending nature’s elements with culinary artistry.
What makes it even more special is that at Pan Pacific London, even children are invited to enjoy this unique ritual. They can explore their creativity by decorating their own cupcakes and cookies, choosing from a rainbow of icings, sprinkles, and fillings to make each treat their own.

London Eye 25 years of history
The London Eye is one of London’s most striking landmarks and celebrated its 25th anniversary this year.
Its story began with an entry in The Millennial Competition, organised by the Architecture Foundation in association with the Sunday Times. David Marks and Julia Barfield, a renowned husband and wife team of architects, proposed a giant Ferris wheel to celebrate the millennium in London. Although their bid did not win the competition, they realised the project independently, securing press coverage in the Evening Standard and financial backing from British Airways, leading to the creation of the London Eye.
Since 2000, the London Eye has stood 135 metres high with a gradual rotation of stunning 360-degree unrivalled views of the city, shedding light on many historic moments. It lit up for London’s first ever light show for the LGBTQ+ movement in 2015, Clap for Carers during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 and is lit up annually in support of the Show Racism the Red Card movement. Most recently, in honour of the King’s coronation in 2023, one section of the Eye has been decorated to resemble Westminster Abbey in all its royal splendour.
London Eye offers unrivalled views of the city’s skyline and an experience to remember.
