A Private Club with a Powerful Mission by founder Edita Shahumyan
Editha, tell us how the idea for creating a women’s club came about?
The idea was born after my very first visit to Monaco I completely fell in love with this paradise-like principality. I felt such a deep inspiration and joy that I wanted to share it with other women. That’s when I decided to create a private club for ambitious, accomplished women who appreciate beauty, scale, and sophistication. Many were drawn in by the glimpses of my life in Monaco, which I regularly shared on social media. Inspired by what they saw, they came to experience the magic of Monaco for themselves and that’s how the community began.
Why did you choose the name “Monaco Inspiration”?
Because Monaco became my personal source of endless inspiration its nature, culture, people, and lifestyle deeply moved me. It’s a very special place in my life, one that gave me a lot of love. Naming the club Monaco Inspiration felt natural—it’s a tribute to the joy and energy this place has brought into my world.
Why did you choose Monaco as the home base for yourself and your club?
There’s something truly unique about Monaco it carries a special energy. I believe this place is blessed. It may be small in size, but it’s a global crossroads where the world’s cultures and minds meet. Everything one needs for a happy and fulfilled life can be found here. It’s a place where dreams feel tangible.
What is the mission you hope to bring to the world through your work?
I want to spread love and respect for all cultures and peoples. I consider myself a global citizen, and my wish is to create a community where people from all over the world come together in friendship, business, growth, and mutual learning. We are all inhabitants of planet Earth, and it pains me to see division caused by political or religious beliefs. My mission is to encourage unity and understanding.
What types of events do you host and take part in?
We organize a wide range of events each with its own unique theme. We host exclusive gatherings with well-known figures from the worlds of art, politics, cinema, and business, giving our members the chance to expand their networks and perspectives. We also take part in iconic international events from glamorous balls and film festivals to charity galas, financial forums, and much more across the globe and particularly on the Côte d’Azur.
Recently, the club has opened its doors to men. What do you offer to male members?
We offer men access to exclusive financial events in collaboration with our partners, such as Rothschild Bank and other prestigious institutions in Monaco and Europe. They also benefit from:

Where do you draw your energy and creativity from? What inspires you?
My goals fuel me. I have a strong, healthy sense of ambition and a deep desire to live fully. Life is a priceless gift from God, and I want to make the most of every moment. At the end of our journey, the only thing we take with us are the emotions we experienced—so I strive to fill my life with joy, passion, and meaning. I love life, I love God, and I’m grateful to be where I am and to have the opportunity to share the best of what I have with others.
What are your plans for the near future?
We’re preparing for even larger events and international journeys with our members. While I prefer not to reveal all our plans since the club is private and most details are for members only I can promise this: the year ahead will be vibrant and full of extraordinary experiences. I warmly invite interesting, open-minded women and men to join our community and be part of something truly inspiring.
