Returns to the Shangri-La Hotel
for Two Days of Fashion Shows and a Gala Dinner on the Theme of the Silk Road
The new edition of the Oriental Fashion Show, the event dedicated to oriental fashion, took place in the sumptuous halls of the Shangri-La Hotel in Paris.
Talented designers from Asia, Africa, and the Middle East presented their refined and original collections inspired by the rich cultural heritage of the Silk Road in exceptional fashion shows. The lineup included Lali Fashion by Lali Fazilova (Uzbekistan), L’Altière Maison de Couture, Caftan (Morocco), Medine Lybaslary (Turkmenistan), Addy van den Krommenacker (Netherlands), Khurshed Sattorov (Tajikistan), Fantazya Fashion By Jamila Alsuwai (Kuwait), Regalia by Hind Berrada, Caftan (Morocco), Gowher Gouvernet (Turkmenistan), Bakht’art by Wissal Labbane (Tunisia), and Amina Benzekri BENRAHAL, Caftan (Morocco).
The gala evening was organized with the kind participation of Maison Chopard, which showcased Chopard’s sumptuous Haute Joaillerie creations complemented by Caroline’s Couture’s refined couture dresses in an exceptional fashion show. Chopard, the Swiss Haute Joaillerie and Watchmaking House, is renowned for its exceptional expertise and its constant commitment to promoting art and culture.
The evening was organized in collaboration with two prestigious associations, Cercle de France and Route de la Soie et d’Al-Andalus, renowned for their commitment to promoting intercultural dialogue and exchanges between East and West. This prestigious event brought together esteemed guests from the worlds of fashion, art, and business in the name of glamour and conviviality.
The theme “Silk Road” was chosen to symbolize the deep ties that have united East and West for centuries, as trade routes have favored the exchange of goods, ideas, and cultures. The Oriental Fashion Show serves as a bridge between these two worlds, celebrating the diversity and synergies of artistic influences.
The Oriental Fashion Show at the Shangri-La Hotel once again highlighted the richness of oriental fashion and its vital role in bringing cultures together, making this event an essential gathering for fashion and art enthusiasts from around the world.
