The restaurant with its own vegetable garden, is a paradise for vegetable lovers. The menu features regional specialties like Tudela’s white artichokes, fresh asparagus, and hearts of lettuce. This is also the land of olive oil and fresh beans. The vegetable tasting menu evolves with the seasons, always showcasing top-quality ingredients. Here, tomatoes taste like real tomatoes, Tudela’s “cogollos” are a true delight, and seasonal asparagus is simply divine. Before dinner, the hotel team organizes a barbecue aperitif, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere.
